Functionality

• Charger is Level 2 (240V) only (no Level 1)
• Charger can be derated for limited electrical service
• App does not appear to have scheduled charging

Offline:

• Charger still delivers power but does not count for rewards.
• There is a 90-day offline rule: if a charger remains offline continuously for 90 days or more, the customer is considered in breach and Hypercharge may remove them from the program and potentially forfeit the deposit and unpaid rewards.

Terms of note:

• Deposit refunded after 1500 kWh
• One charger per household
• 2-year time limit for deposit refund (1500 kWh)
• Must be installed by a qualified licensed electrician.
