Charger is Level 2 (240V) only (no Level 1)
App: Set amperage, start/stop charging, monitor charging and energy use, and schedule charging (e.g. for TOU). Enter electricity rates.

Offline:

If the charger goes offline, sessions are recorded for up to 15 days and sync once it’s back online.
Limit of 15 consecutive offline charging sessions before the hardware stops operating and Soneil reactivates the charger.
90-day offline rule

Was one charger per household, but appears to have changed that you can get a second charger with a different email address, and the energy is tracked separately
The charger must be connected within 90 days of delivery

90-day offline rule: If the Hardware remains offline for 90 consecutive days counted under this Section 4.6, Soneil may deem the account abandoned and immediately suspend or terminate Customer’s membership without further notice
